Alright my Ansomesssss howwwwsssss ussssse doing

Well, of course, after all the excesses of Christmas day, it was time for the real reason for Christmas
Boxing Day Football, and in the words of the sky commentator
and it’s live

Not to sure I’m comfortable with an 8 o’clock kick-off away to Arsenal,
but into the car and up to London at 1 o’clock I went ,where of course the strikes we’re going to cause havoc and of course the traditional. Let’s shut all the underground down and do some work on them over Christmas. which of course causes me loads of problems coming all the way up from Taunton, but get there I did

As it’s Christmas, I thought I’d treat myself to a beer or 20 wait a minute that’s what we do every football trip still rude not to

So going back after the World Cup break we needed a performance commitment, passion and desire, we also needed a different set up and putting round pegs in round holes this is the start of the journey which is going to define the next three or four years for us

Anyway, after a few beers into the ground we went singing loud and proud as always.
You could really feel that the West Ham army were delighted to be back and watching the claret and blue

The team selection was interesting and the set up was what we all knew it was going to be and with that in mind, we knew the inevitable was going to happen. However, what a shock to go one nil up and even more shocking to have a penalty awarded against us which was overturned
We now officially all love VAR at least for two days

The first half would’ve been a little bit fairer, I would suggest if it had been a draw
but you will always take a win. at half-time, even if it isn’t deserved, however, it did feel like we were playing against 12 men with the referee.
However the second half was men versus boys,

Another question based on the referee how did Arsenal not get any yellow cards and we got to one Arsenal player literally clothes line Antonio there was a lot of shithousery as well from Arsenal, and we need to start doing the same as we enter a relegation battle

Lots of abuse back-and-forth between the home fans and us lot saw the away end disappear by 30% with about 10 minutes to go, which is a shame they left because they missed the substitutions that were late again

I really don’t know what David Moyes expects when he keeps on doing the same thing time and time again

Declan Rice in the first half was a 10 out of 10 performance second half and dropped to a 4 out of 10 people had a reasonable game. I believe Dawson was our man of the match but at the end of the day Arteta has got Arsenal playing really well, and I wouldn’t be too disappointed to see them win the league, however home to Brentford next on Friday and that isn’t going to be an easy game. We need to keep the faith but David Moyes needs to serve up something different and the players need to realise they are as much at fault as David Moyes is

And Of course BRADY OUT ⚒
