Former Hammer Mipo Odubeko has found a new club on the island of Madeira.
Club Sport Marítimo MH M, commonly known as Marítimo or Marítimo da Madeira, is a Portuguese professional sports club based in the city of Funchal, on the island of Madeira.
In October 2019, shortly after his seventeenth birthday, Odubeko turned down a contract extension with Manchester United to sign a three-year deal with West Ham.
In his first season for the U23’s, he was a standout performer in development football, scoring 14 goals in 12 Academy appearances and winning the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award for April. He made two senior appearances for the West Ham senior team that first season.
He was loaded to Huddersfield Town, Port Vale and Doncaster Rovers during his time with the Hammers.
