Michaill Antonio could be an injury doubt ahead of Thursday’s crucial European clash with AZ Alkmaar after sitting out Sunday’s trip to Brentford with a calf problem.
The Hammers travel to the Netherlands for the second leg of their Europa Conference League semi-final with a slender 2-1 lead after last week’s home leg at the London Stadium.
Moyes rotated heavily for Sunday’s game at Brentford, making nine changes to his team with Premier League survival now all-but assured, but Antonio was not even named among the substitutes.
“The schedule’s been relentless and I’ve started to see a bit of fatigue in games,” Moyes said post match.
“We played Manchester United last Sunday, Alkmaar on Thursday. [Antonio’s] got a bit of a calf injury so I couldn’t really tell you much more at the moment.”
