West Ham have up to £141m to spend on transfers this window, that being the combined value of three outbound sales this summer.
Declan Rice was sold for £100m plus £5m of add-ons to Arsenal.
Yesterday Gianluca Scamacca was sold to Atalanta who are paying a €25m (£21.5m) transfer fee a further €5m (£4.3m) of add-ons bring the potential package to £25.8m
Vlasic will soon join them moving to Torino on a €9m (£7.75m) transfer fee and €3m (£2.6m) of add-ons.
Those transfer fees add to just over £129m with a further £12m in potential add-ons to bring a potential total of £141m.
With no set transfer budget this summer the club agreed that the full proceeds of all outbound sales could be used to bring in additional players.
The first £35m is due to be spent when Edson Álvarez joins from Ajax hopefully later this week. The transfer is worth £32m plus £3m of add-ons which would still leave a transfer balance of £106m to spend.
