The Premier League’s transfer window will officially open on Wednesday, June 14. The English Football League’s (EFL) window will open on the same date.
Although that is the official date, there is nothing stopping clubs from agreeing transfers in advance for when the window opens. Despite the domestic window opening on June 14, clubs will not able to sign players based overseas until the international window opens on Saturday, July 1. The transfer window will remain open until 11pm on Friday, September 1.
The Premier League confirmed last month that next season’s fixtures will be released on Thursday, June 15 at 9am in the United Kingdom.
Dates for all of the 380 matches will be released at that time.
The 2023-24 season will start on Saturday, August 12. Next season’s final round of fixtures will be held on Sunday, May 19 2024, when all games kick off simultaneously as usual.
Next season, the fixture list is set to see the return of a winter break that will take place between January 13-20.
