Sky Sports News Chief Reporter Kaveh Solhekol claims that West Ham wants David Moyes to stay next season, and any exit will be his own choice.

The Sky Sports News report says “Moyes has another year left on his contract and talks will be held about his plans for next season at the end of the current campaign.

If Moyes decides to leave, it will be his decision. West Ham would prefer him to stay, especially if they avoid relegation and stay in the Premier League.

They are six points clear of the relegation zone with three games to play.

Despite reports that his job was on the line earlier this season, West Ham have always wanted him to stay and have never talked to any potential replacements.”

6foot2 understands that a decision is yet to taken either way before the West Ham board’s end-of-season review normal which is their standard practice.

Where we finished in the Europa Conference League is likely to be a factor in their decisions as well as Premier League position and survival.

Moyes is also set to lose overall transfer policy control if he stays his final year but would retain a final veto on all new signings.
