West Ham season ticket renewal rate is between 93 and 94% with general season tickets capped at 49,500 at the London Stadium.
That rate is down on the record 97% renewal rate from last summer but the cost of living and inflation are taking their toll on peoples disposal income.
The Hammers will have between an 3,000 and 3,500 season tickets available to sell but these will be snapped up by tens of thousands on the season ticket waiting list.
Although the capacity is 62,500 at the London Stadium, 3,000 are reserved for away fans, 3,600 for Club London/Corporate hospitality and 6,400 for general sale.
A club insider revealed “Season ticket renewal rate is 93/94%, down on last season as we had a poor league season and inflation is hurting people, but we have tens of thousands on a waiting list and the 3/3.5k of available season tickets will be used up very quickly. We could sell them ten times over as they are far too cheap”
Far too cheap, unbelievable…..disgraceful price increases given the financial situation that many face.
