Manuel Lanzini is the biggest name not to have his contract renewed this summer and is likely to be missing from West Ham retained list when published.
West Ham is reportedly not offering new contracts with Mipo Odubeko and Jamal Baptiste, who are also expected to be released.
Fabianksi, Aaron Cresswell and Angelo Obonna are all expected to be retained and should appear on the list after being offered 12-month extensions.
With this trio departing, three more Hammers could leave permanently if valuations are met.
Declan Rice, Gianluca Scamacca and Ben Johnson could raise as much as £150m of transfer funds should their highest valuations be met.
West Ham have already been linked with James Maddison, James Ward Prowse and Harvey Barnes as potential incoming players.
Leicester City wants up to £60m for Maddison and £40m for Barnes, while Southampton wants up to £50m for Ward Prowse.
Whether West Ham are prepared to get close to those sums remains to be seen.
