Hammers Aaron Cresswell and Gialluca Scamacca were notable absentees from last night’s player’s awards in London last night.
Both are not thought to be training, and neither boarded the flight to Germany for the pre-season friendly against Bayern Leverkusen.
Cresswell is still expected to make his move to Wolves eventually once the Premier League club can fund the deal.
Meanwhile, Scamacca’s fate also looks sealed; according to Fabrizio Romano, Atalanta is close to completing a hijack of the Scamacca deal — West Ham are prepared to accept €25m (£21.6m) plus €5m (£4.3m) add-ons proposal he claims. Agreement is on the verge of being done between all parties; maybe Inter and Roma will miss out.
If true, the combined £26m deal would still cause the Hammers to lose out of around £4.5m of the £30.5m they paid last summer, but West Ham may decide to cut their losses, and it is the best to offer from an Italian club they are likely to receive.
You didn’t tell us the flight was cancelled??? 😀😀😀
Cresswell should be ashamed of himself go to work it’s your job
