West Ham supporters returning from Holland this week have told 6foot2 that preparations for the second leg semi-final were absolutely atrocious.
AZ Alkmaar appeared to be utterly unprepared for a game of that size and were overwhelmed! West Ham supporters who asked remain anonymous shared with 6foot2.
There was a lack of coaches to take supporters to the AFAS Stadion, and one coach was delayed for an hour after a break glass emergency was triggered.
Supporters said the organisation around the turnstiles was poor with kettling and the dangerous crowd builds up.
There were enough coaches to get all West Ham fans back in town.
Stewarding was also described as poor, which was witnessed in their delayed reaction and stand-off approach to the incident in the VIP section after Pablo Fornals scored.
Dutch police were also slow to react and described as poorly organised for the UEFA semi-final in Holland.
