Burt says the battle for midfielder intensifies as Manchester City formally made a bid worth an initial £80 million plus a further £10 million in add-ons.
Less than twelve hours ago David Ornstein writing for the Athletic broke the news claiming ” Premier League champions have now made a formal offer of an initial £80million with an extra £10m in add-ons in hope of beating Arsenal to his signature this summer.”
