Daniel Kretinsky, who owns 27% of West Ham, is listed in the Sunday Times Rich list at Number 47, with a net worth of £4 billion, up from 56 last year and an increase of £1 billion. US-based Forbes disagrees with this valuation putting Kretinksy’s net worth at $9.2 billion ( £7.45 billion), while the Financial Times estimates his fortune as much as $10 billion or £8.1 billion.
David Sullivan, who owns 38% of West Ham, is listed at 159 in the Sunday Times Rich List with £1.118 billion, an increase from position 163 on the list last year but no change in wealth.
The Gold family, which the Times previously had a net worth of £470m at the time of Jacquelin’s Gold death, is not listed on the Sunday Times Rich list, which lists the 350 most wealthy individuals or families in the UK,
Other shareholders, Tripp Smith, Terry Brown and Daniel Harris, are all multi-millionaires in their own right, are also not listed by the Sunday Times.
