West Ham reinstate awards dinner

West Ham are advertising a celebration dinner on Thursday 3rd August at 7pm at the Intercontinental Hotel at the O2. A table of ten costs £3,720 while an individual place is £390.

The website says Enjoy a historic night celebrating our unforgettable European trophy winning campaign. Includes • Mineral Water• 3 Course Meal• Half bottle Of Wine Per Person.

The event appears to be a like for like replacement for the end of season awards night attended by players and sponsors.

Proceeds of the night usually go to fund the West Ham Academy.

Emails sent to season ticket holders read  “This season we made history, conquering over land and sea to claim our first European trophy in over 50 years. Now, it’s time to celebrate in style.

Join us as we relive every step of our route to lifting silverware, from action-packed clashes at London Stadium to that spinetingling night in Prague. Celebrate alongside your heroes as we are joined by players, the Manager and former Hammers for a night like no other, filled with Q&As with legends past and present, award presentations and more.

Whether you’re rubbing shoulders with the current squad, sharing stories with legends or getting access to signed memorabilia, our range of bespoke packages guarantee a night to remember. All packages come complete with dining and drinks, plus live entertainment throughout the evening in the stunning Arora Ballroom at the O2 InterContinental Hotel.”
