West Ham shareholder Daniel Křetínský has been accused of visiting the match official’s dressing room at halt time of yesterday’s Sparta Prague match against Brno.
Social media account Czech Football alleged “he behaved like a blatant idiot, pulling off the same trick as a man facing charges of up to 9 years.”
The Twitter account explains his behaviour could be punished according to the amended disciplinary code, whereby whoever enters the refs’ room faces a 3-month ban or a 50k fine (roughly €2,000) which is frankly a laughable penalty the social media account adds.
The incident was recorded in the official match record as noted by the referees which can be seen above.
IN the past Kretinsky has been accused of being the strong, silent type, often shunning the lime light or media attention so this appears to be out of character .
Sparta fans also have accused him of not investing enough into Sparta Prague but yesterday it was at the game and not at the London Stadium to watch West Ham indicating his football loyalties remain local in the Czech republic.
